So, does anyone have a favourite line from series 8? I'm currently rewatching 8.2 and so in my opinion, the best line from this episode, if not one of the best of the series.

Urasov: "Don't you worry about the Russians."

I laugh every time I hear it So, any other suggestions?

Ros "Don't make a fuss, it's just a graze on your tutu" in 8.8 to Sarah (or something similar)

For a serious quote I'm with JHyde on the old HS' quote about blood and alcohol and politics. Unfortunately don't have the exact quote with me.

My favourite funny quote also goes to the old HS - there has never been a better introduction of Harry than this:
"This is Sir Harry Pearce. He stalks the corridors of power spreading good cheer."

The fact that it came right after Harry insulted a foreign diplomat's country is what makes it priceless.

Either:

Ros: "Tell him to lose the t-shirt, this isn't the bloody MTV awards!" (8.2)

OR

Ros: "Taking one for the team their Lucas" (referring to strip clubs)

The HS' line is: "Someone said to me once 'politics is victory chased by defeat. So make sure you develop a taste for two things: blood and hard liquor.' So drink up Harry."

From the last episode, Ros to Lucas (about Sarah) "You hold her hand and I'll pull her hair."

Im going to say the obvious one for R/H shippers:

Ruth: You heartless bastard

Noooooooo! I preferred "You know nothing about compassion" and "she is home".

Actually, I was saying to my sister, along with the HS line, I'll add "There'll always be something else, Ruth." Exquisite.
