True, true. I suppose I was referring more to the first convention...you know, to see how many people would come and how it might play out around the world. Plus, if it could go international, that would be really awesome to meet people from all around! We may have nothing but love for Spooks in common and that would still be pretty amazing (18-11-2010 10:38 AM)BravoNine Wrote: Plot? Robin Hood? Nahhhhhhh Robin Hood had no plot.....and the ending was just weird....everyone just seem to either die or get blown up.....talk about an ultimate series finale.....everyone dies....LOL Whatever. Some of them died in black leather The finale was quite interesting....the writers were probably aware season 4 wasn't coming - hence all hell is allowed to break loose But I think that was daring of them, killing off several main characters. All at once. But the leather was enough of a plot |

All at once. Actually I thought RA said that Series 3 changed his costume so it wasn't full on leather anymore. And of course the writers knew Series 4 wasn't coming. Their lead star Jonas Armstrong who plays Robin Hood wanted to leave the series and do something else, that's why they brought in Robin Hood and Guy's half brother Archer in hopes that he can continue on and lead Series 4, but then that didn't work so they just kinda killed everyone. All at once. True, season 3's outfit was different. Not to mention the longer hair. He switched over to those loose black shirts with occasionally something over it....personally, I liked season 2's outfit best. I never really like Jonas Armstrong anyway. It's a pity he was the main character - perhaps the show could've continued if he had a smaller role. |

RE: Richard Armitage
True. Clive Standen, who played Archer, had bucket-loads of charisma...sorry Jonas fans but Clive really would've made a better Robin Hood.
Now that man who played Guy of Gisborne... |

Ah, that man who played Guy.......( now I drooled all over my keybaord again ) I always thought he was the real star of the show, nevermind that Robin character, and nevermind that black leather either( though I must admit: ), a half naked torso, that did the trick for me! I mean, I love my hubby, but damn, I do wanted to be Lucy (sorry, forgot her last name) at that time!!! And, although fully clothed the whole time, he got me daydreaming in North & South, too! (and in Spooks, in that ep. of George Gently, in Frozen, in ......) There must be something really wrong with me It's "a struggle for heaven and earth. Where there is one law: fight or die. We're all interested in RA because of his amazing acting ability, and that's completely normal. No other reason. Nope, not at all Er....I can't explain away the drool though XD Yeah, N&S was bad for me too - it's like the more clothing, the worse the urge to daydream. Imagination can be a terrible curse at times. |

RE: Richard Armitage
LOL One of my favorite RA interview was when he talked about the scene where he held a small girl over a cliff, and he was like talking about how they casted a little hungarian girl who just couldn't stop smiling and it was hard to get her to look scared.......lol the little girl was probably smiling because she was nice to RA and he was so sweet and nice...not scary at all...
