Hey everyone , believe it or not i have never watched spooks but after a recommendation by someone i think it could be right up my street. As the new series has just started do you think i will be able to start watching now and follow? or would i have to watch the previous series to know what is going on ? Thanks guys

Welcome to the forum!

I think you'd be better off going back from the beginning, but you should be able to pick it up with the current series.

Welcome to SF! Jump right in wherever you can...I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Welcome to the forum! I think it helps to have seen previous series, but as tyme4t says, jumping in at anytime will be rewarding!

I think to be up to speed for this series, starting at series 5/6 and going from there will give you most of the backstory and cross-series arcs.

Welcome too btw. Smile

Welcome to the forum, scouseblondie!

I always like to watch a series from the very beginning just in case I miss something important, I like to see the evolution of the characters. But that's me, and in Spooks maybe it's not so important...
I will recomend to watch some previous series, at least starting at series 7.
