Raven's a great show.

I thought about video editing as a career plan, but even though there's a lot about it I'd like, I'm not whizkid enough to appreciate the toys you can play with as an editor.

No you don't come across as patronising Smile That's one idea of what I want to do, but I know that tv is really competitive to get into, so at the moment I'm leaning towards doing a Physics degree and continuing to edit fan videos at home (hence the need to find movie-editing software that works...) and deciding after I've got a Physics degree if I want to do Physics related jobs or go into video editing as a career rather than as a hobby.

That's bad. I'm named after my great grandfathers. My brother was named after my great grandmother. I made out better on that deal.

almh, that's a good plan, but try and get yourself work experience at local radio or something - and TV is hard but it's not impossible!
