I have it written out, copied and pasted it so the font is supersized, and still have only managed to put the letters in that Nitrus gave us. At this rate, he will actually be getting 46 cows and 14 goats, and possibly a few pigs for good measure........

Once you get the replacement, you will end up with the riddle, but rearranged in some way.
As for bribes, farmville animals will not suffice. lol.
I'll give you a clue that should help, 'q' is the replacement for ' ' (space).

So there's no need to use a decrypter program or... thing (I don't even know what I'm talking about...
