RE: Things I learnt from watching Spooks - picard1109 - 26-05-2010 11:47 AM That any location in London used for quiet meetings is just a 2 minute walk from Thames House. That the Director General of MI-5 doesn't actually do anything. [I'm sure Jonathan Evans would raise an eyebrow to that one!] That the Home Secretary has responsibility for pretty much everything that happens in the UK. RE: Things I learnt from watching Spooks - HellsBells - 26-05-2010 01:35 PM All MI5 officers drive black Lexus cars. RE: Things I learnt from watching Spooks - Nitrus - 26-05-2010 01:38 PM All differences amongst upper-class politicians are settled in gentleman's clubs over a glass of scotch. RE: Things I learnt from watching Spooks - A Cousin - 26-05-2010 02:19 PM Countdowns are always bad. (I keep looking suspciously at my microwave waiting for it to explode....) RE: Things I learnt from watching Spooks - Nitrus - 26-05-2010 02:22 PM If you ever think you're being followed, pretend to tie your shoelace for a while and then walk in the opposite direction. RE: Things I learnt from watching Spooks - almh - 26-05-2010 02:26 PM If you see two people in a car sitting outside your house trying to follow you, phone the police and tell them that two people are making out in a car and that children might see XD I love Peter Salter, legend! RE: Things I learnt from watching Spooks - i luv lucas - 26-05-2010 02:34 PM It is almost impossible to actually drown in the Thames, especially if Adam is with you.... (Not when Nitrus does his countdown though...it means the new series is near ) RE: Things I learnt from watching Spooks - YourFutureMuse - 26-05-2010 03:13 PM That all male MI5 operatives are ridiculously good looking! ( I fear I'd be disappointed in the real world haha) RE: Things I learnt from watching Spooks - A Cousin - 26-05-2010 03:46 PM Honey traps are naff. I have not experienced that one yet but am looking forward to it. Now all I need to do is get caught up through S8. |
