I also think it could be Tessa judging by the haircut and maybe also the height. It would also make sense considering the reaction of people.
Still don't know though as one of the twitterers told something about Ruth and Harry having a discussion with a third person and then said that H&R were staying and the "guy" was walking off...
And as for the number of the episode they were filming maybe it's episode 5? When they started filming in March someone said something of 14 weeks of filming so according to that plan filming would end around mid of June. Maybe they are a little bit ahead of their schedule??? Or is that unlikely?

I have no idea who it could be, if it was Tessa, why would she be back? they did say it was a guy walking away too so I'm not thinking it's Tessa Its definatly not Tom by he looks of it either
it could be Ep6, if they are shooting the last 2 eps, in the past they've filmed Episodes 10 before Episode 9 (They did i in Series 4)

So it must have been the Home Secret'ry they were talking to. Someone on Twitter who took one of the pics told me that's who it was. And...it looks like Sarah Palin was visiting the set. The woman in the blue jeans.

I agree. It's not really a surprise is it? Something happened in that shoot today which has bothered the Harry and Ruth fans on twitter immensely. I have no idea what it is but it certainly seems to have knocked the wind out of peoples sails and not in a good way. I'm going to bed to dream that SRB is there to conduct a civil wedding and taking lots of cake with me

Defnintely SRB in those pics.
About the filming schedule, considering that the last pic we had of H/R filming was on 5 May and we are reasonably sure it was for Episode 3, I am going to guess that these current pics are for Episode 4, maybe Epidsode 5 at a stretch. The point being, whatever happened to upset the fans so, I think it is far from the last word. Maybe Ruth and the HS started snogging? Better yet, maybe Harry and HS started snogging!?!
I was trying to identify Bahrat Nalluri or Julian Holmes in any of the pics with no success. I think I might have maybe identified Julian Holmes in the pics from the shoot in Trafalgar Square on May 6. but don't quote me on that one.
