I had my first (and only) pair of bifocals when I was about 15, not very fashionable for a teenager! You're quite right watchstrap, they take some getting used to, and it is even worse when you revert to standard glasses, everything bends slightly!

been back home from uni for a week haven't done anything. want to go back already got 5 more weeks :/
Also, plan to prove to my mother I am in fact an adult failed today as I was left home alone, making fried eggs and as such the kitchen is now slightly charred in the hob area
Buuut the good news is that just as last year with a levels spooks forum is here to make sure I don't even attempt revision
Eeek time is going so fast as well as last year only seems like a few months ago!

I'm somewhat concerned that the power supply to my external hard drive burned out today...and that's the drive with all my PF stuff on it.
New power supply ordered and my OH should be able to fix it but fingers crossed that it hasn't corrupted the data. If all is well, the lesson to be learned is to copy everything onto disks as back-up.

Just pre-ordered S9 DVD from BBC Canada! AMEX should be cleared up a bit by the time July rolls around.
Think I'll celebrate with a re-watch...hmmmm what should I choose.....

just listened to "Omaha" by Counting Crows. I never tire of listening to that song. And for some bizarre reason, it always reminds me of Harry Pearce. No idea why but I always end up creating a little 'Harry vid' in my head when I hear it.

Just got home discovered my train tickets for my trip to London in June have arrived,
and am now preparing for a gig I'm playing for my college tonight I have to leave early to Soundcheck the entire thing 
We're raising money for the disaster in Japan so its all for a good cause, and my band is are headlining the show haha

Just heard that the Spooks press release for series 10 is out, so having to disconnect my computer/internet to avoid reading spoilers. My self control is that poor. (And sadly the more spoilers I read, the less revision I do, which is kinda important...

not really a status but have a night off from my my internship on thursday and am wondering if anyone knows of any good plays on in London atm? I know there are countless haha but I'd love suggestions
