It's ok the first week I'm there isn't freshers week. So I don't *need* alcohol. If push comes to shove I'll try fermenting some apples. Wink

Annoyed because my lights have taken to not working during term time. They've started a day early this time Confused On the plus side, I have found my swipe card so I can get into school tomorrow. Wait, is that a good thing?...

At this point I shouldn't point out that I don't start for another 4 weeks.

Ooops. Tongue

Oh, well then, what are you whining for? You have 4 whole weeks, if you start drinking all day and night now you should have a very good reserve built up. You can exist off the fumes alone.

You see? I do learn something form the students I work with. It has nothing to do with personal experience.... Silba

I live in Halifax Nova Scotia and we tend to get lots of the tail ends of hurricanes or they are downgraded to tropical storms, high winds, lots of rain.
However in 2003 Hurricane Juan hit us very hard and caused wide spread damage and destruction and there were even a few deaths.

Since then, we are certainly more aware and watchful of anything coming up the coast...So Earl if you are listening...please change directions and just go out to the mid-Atlantic ocean and leave us nice folk on the east coast of Canada & the US alone...thank you!
