I admit though, I would have stopped watching a while back, if not for the fact that I actually do the styles of dance they do. I can't watch the whole show though - I record it and then fast-forward through everything that isn't dancing

I'm with Nitrus. The only reality show I can bear watching is The Amazing Race, and then only to see all the places they visit.

I have a bunch of actors friends who would heartily agree with you -- roles for TV actors have dived precipitously since the advent of reality shows.

When will the TV bosses cotton on to the fact that audience figures are slumping because of the dross they churn out on a regular basis.
If it's not a reality show, it's a soap. Personally I can't stand either, so 9 times out of 10 there is nothing to watch that's new!
Thank goodness Spooks is back in less than two weeks. I feel like a kid waiting for Santa Claus!
