(Now you'll suggest that they count one point rating for every 2 iPlayer hits, right?)

No, I think that they should just rip up the ratings and say "You know what, ratings are pointless. It's impossible to get a fair system which accurately represents how many people have watched a particular episode, so instead we should just say that Spooks is awesome"

Back up to the Season norm last night with 4.7m viewers.
I wonder had last week anything to do with the Channel4 drama about the Queen?
It will be interesting to see how many the Season finale draws. It's may be a bad night two days before Christmas with many out shopping and at dos.
Had they stuck to their original plan then the finale should have been the previous week.

It's 9pm. Most shops close at 9 right? Hopefully they still get most of them.

In city centres I think late night shopping finishes at 11.

I can't find the episode 7 ratings anywhere. Can someone who lives in the UK keep an eye out? I've been trawling the usual suspects and nothing's coming up.

I dunno - I tried searching but nothing came up. I did however see that the BBC have been really irritating and divided episodes on iPlayer into chapters
