I am truly grateful you guys in the UK can finally begin to see SERIES 8 on 4 Nov. '09; I hope the BBC does not let any of you down. I wished they were showing the current series here in New York; our Public Station Channel 21 is currently screening the 4th Series uncut and in Wide Screen -but I've already seen these episodes on DVD.

Episode 2 is shown on Friday 6th on BBC3 at 9pm according to the Radio Times. And I'm extremely worried about that cast list (Beware, slight episode summary spoiler).

That's a fair point although I remember Nicola Walker's name used to appear in the Radio Times online cast list weeks after Ruth left

As we're but two episodes out from the end of season 8, it feels appropriate to retire this one. A very successful thread it was too - one of our most popular!
