unbelievable 'saves' - daphne - 27-10-2011 02:18 PM .. with all the discussion of happy vs tragic final Series 10, episode 6 ending- which 'save' was particularly unbelievable-memorably so- for you.. despite your personal relief that it happened--! of course. Malcolm's 'imagine you have a little dog' save, right before he retires from MI-5 is way up there on my list. if only! I know terrorists and hit-men are human beings- but the chances of reaching their 'soft spot' ? just before pulling the trigger? RE: unbelievable 'saves' - Nitrus - 27-10-2011 04:45 PM What do you mean by a 'save'? RE: unbelievable 'saves' - daphne - 27-10-2011 08:37 PM .. sorry I wasn't clear. I mean 'last moment/second/microsecond' rescues- of people or of aborting/dismantling bombs or explosions or.. (fill in the blank) ex. the last second averting of a plane disaster in Series 10, episode 6 which of these strain your suspension of belief to the utmost ? RE: unbelievable 'saves' - Nitrus - 27-10-2011 09:18 PM Well from 10.6: "This will come up in your pay review" was brilliant. Would that count as a save? RE: unbelievable 'saves' - RussIan - 28-10-2011 12:16 AM In 5.8 when Adam and Ros were in the abandoned building and are being hunted by a Mossad kill squad.. For one to find Adam and receive orders in his ears seconds before shooting him was a big save! RE: unbelievable 'saves' - Silktie - 28-10-2011 05:56 AM Ros rising from the dead in season 6 takes the cake for me.
