First, you'll need to upload a picture to a picture sharing site like photobucket or flickr.
Use the New Reply Button at the bottom of the forum and then you will see a button that looks like a mountain and a sun. Click it and it will prompt you for the URL of the picture you're trying to link to.

I will... once I can either find a decent photo or I stop looking like a drowned rat so I can take an alright photo! I had to walk from the station in the rain
