After fighting with Amazon's STUPID affiliates system I have managed to setup two separate stores.
One for US residents and one for UK residents.

The only disadvantage of the US store for me is that I have to wait longer to be paid, so overall a good result.
Unfortunately it is not an option to provide a store for EU (non-UK) residents. Apologies.

So, I assume amazon-UK send items to all Europe, at least to Spain they do. (What is surprising is that a few months ago, I tried to purchase Harry's Diary through amazon-UK and they kept saying they didn't shipped it...)
