PF/Harry looks great. I wonder who the bloke is he is talking too though? Hardly a place for a secret meet, right opposite the MI5* building.

I assume they are trying to make it look on camera that it isnt raining by keeping the production teams coats on the actors. At least Harry has a new tie this season. I wasnt very happy with the purple spotted one he seemed to be sporting most of series 8.

As long as the actors themselves show no sign of being wet, then most of the time rain does not show up on film. That's why a lot of bloopers happen in movies with rain e.g. in Marley and Me in one scene only JA is getting wet no-one else.

That's probably why PF was being 'protected' from the elements so it didn't ruin continuity
