It's possible to thwart every conceivable terrorist threat with only two field agents.

"What is the truth?"
"Betrayal is a cancer. Let it eat your soul, not mine."
"Please tell me this isn't going where I think it's going."

If you want to be a top ranking spy you must have a membership to an exclusive "Gentlemans" club. (Makes you wonder what sort of club women like Stella Rimmington were in!!)

At some point in your career as an agent, you will end up with someone else's blood on your face.

The average operation can be completed in 24-48 hours.

A nonchalant cigarette is the best cover as a back up officer.

The FSB is the place to go for tattoos.

Now cracks a noble heart. Good-night, sweet [Spooks];
And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

RE: Things I learnt from watching Spooks
Cool topic!
I learned:
- That you could run with a 3-lbs full-size Glock 17 in your Italian suit left jacket pocket to counterbalance your 3 ounce ID-badge holder in your right pocket.

- That you could cross London faster in a Silver Audi with no emergency lights, than a fully-marked police car with bells and whistles!
