RE: [spoilers] Harry's Diary
I would love to know about Juliet's betrayal too. And the events of seasons 7 and 8 would be great material.
I'm really holding out for the audio version done by PF. Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

I think I said earlier in this thread: who wouldn't want to fall asleep listening to PF?

Quite a few of us wished there was more Ruth-ness on there too.

Oh, so it wasn't just me in my shipperness?
DANNY - Placements all over the shop. Back up vehicles, chopper support if we need it. Bomb disposal with a signal jammer for Mary’s trademark remote control blasts. And Tom here’s doing the catering. Mate. You are so covered. |

RE: [spoilers] Harry's Diary
I think it would have been better to end H's diary when he was appointed head of section D, then we wouldn't have been dissapointed by our expectations (and the majority of continuity errors wouldn't have been made).

RE: [spoilers] Harry's Diary
I just got my book in the mail, was very very excited to finally get it as I have been meaning to try to get inside Harry's head for weeks as I'm writing my Spooks Series 9 Alternative storylines! It's always fun to be able to put those little details and insights into the character!
And especially since lots of flashbacks are needed in my story, it's nice to get a feel of how Harry felt about the old school team, his relationships with Malcolm and Tom and the early team members. And I have to say, I couldn't stop giggling every time Harry made a dig at Bush Jr, clearly there is some dislike! LOL! I'm hoping that they will maybe update it or write another diary series or something to accommodate for all the new info we have learned since Series 6 and onward. I would love to see maybe more background into the Moscow operation and how they lost Lucas in the first place and what happened during that period, I want to see how Harry felt having Ruth back, and losing Ros and the others. It was rather nice to see that Harry's had an eye on Tom since 1994 despite he joined in 1996. And pretty cool to know that at least the two of them had some form of contact, the postcard was a nice touch. Overall, I like this book, gives great insight into Harry's live and his views, I hope they continue it and update it! RIP Carter Hall ~ Hawkman |

RE: [spoilers] Harry's Diary
Just a quick question for all you experts. I have just been to the shop link to buy Harry's Diary. The blurb is a little confusing. It suggests that the book there is the second of three. It also calls book number one Harry's Diary. Are all three books Harry's Diary, and should I buy book 1 first, or are the other two books about different characters? The one advertised is called Harry's Diary (Spooks 2).
Thanks |
