[spoilers] Ruth's Diary

RE: [spoilers] Ruth's Diary
Once a month is good, not too much work.

As for words, as you say, if the entries are short we could write 2 or 3, for example in Harry's diary there are some entries with a few lines...

I think before we start we should do the timeline, as almh said, with facts that are "true" and then some other invented to get a general idea.

So should this new forum go under Char & Act or fanfic?

RE: [spoilers] Ruth's Diary
So we can have a thread every month (for example, a December thread) that maps out what will take place over the entries done by all four of us and we can bring our ideas to that whiteboard for what we want to write about and what we need to cover for the timeline. Obviously there'll be another thread for what we cover over say, six months, for a broader view.

I think it should be in fan fic.

Yes, after all is a fanfic.

I like your plan JHyde, sounds good. Smile

Yep, sounds good Smile

DANNY - Placements all over the shop. Back up vehicles, chopper support if we need it. Bomb disposal with a signal jammer for Mary’s trademark remote control blasts. And Tom here’s doing the catering. Mate. You are so covered.

RE: [spoilers] Ruth's Diary
This is a fantastic idea!

Just a note on continuity...

You might want to reference the dates in 'Harry's diary' for things that happened (like her getting b'day presents, major episode events like the EERIE) as they all have dates put to them in that. Big Grin

Thanks Kirayuki, but we have Harry's diary, and it's very helpful Smile

RE: [spoilers] Ruth's Diary
Hey Inker! It can seem a bit confusing. Harry's Diary was a spin-off publication that Kudos put out in 2006. You can buy it easily through the Shop link here at the forum (but only in the UK shop, I'm pretty sure) and it's a great read.

We started this thread some months ago upon almh's suggestion. Over in the fan fic section, you can read what Beatriz, almh and I have been putting together as Ruth's version of events after she joined the team in 2003.
