RE: Episode 5 Discussion
Didn't Harry say to "pull Sarah in on this" as they needed all the help they could get. Therefore the CIA could have seen Meynard on TV just as Tariq had, and gone to intercept him on behalf on MI5. They were supposed to be working together on this, although Sarah obviously had her own agenda

Lucas mentioned to Sarah that they were looking for Coleville because it appeared that Meynard might be his next target, but they never asked her for any help finding Coleville. Sarah turned up at the tv studio (sent by Nightingale) looking for Coleville because she wanted to use him as cover for her murder of Walker (the plan was to blame Walker's murder on Coleville, along with the other murders he'd already committed). So she tried to kill Coleville, but he escaped. There has never been, imo, any satisfactory explanation as to why MI5 never questioned Sarah about why she was at the tv studio and how she found out where Coleville would be. I am going to go with you on this one. |

RE: Episode 5 Discussion
I remember that Harry asked Lucas to put Sarah onto trying to see if CIA files showed any connection among Walker, the 2nd American agent that had been killed, the Brit agent whose throat was slashed, Meynard and Coleville. I never got the sense that he was asking for the CIA's help operationally, just for info.

RE: Episode 5 Discussion
Since Meynard was another CIA agent and in danger, it would have been beyond normal that Sarah be there trying to prevent another death or get some info on who might have been responsible. That's why Lucas did not bat an eyelash over her presence and thought she was helping instead of covering her tracks.
Rooftop scene: Beth and Dmitri sneak up and disarm Lucas, cuff him and lead him away. Lucas screams, "No Harry please, I'd rather die!" Harry: "We're sending you to rehab ................. in Texas." |

RE: Episode 5 Discussion
First two (Walker and the guy playing with his kid) were CIA. The guy whose throat was slashed in the underpass and Meynard were Brit agents.
