I don't know, I think there are people he trusts completely in season 8, and I would count Ruth, Ros and his daughter (and his dog ). But he definitely trusts Ruth most of all. I mean, she is barely in the door when he tells her about Nightingale, even before he told Ros. And he tells her despite his undertaking to the HS that he would keep it quiet. That says a lot.

It is rather amazing that Harry can still trust anyone on his team in light of the many betrayals he's lived through - Tom, Ros, and Connie have all betrayed him at some stage.
