Silktie, I totally agree that Harry's self interest stopped at the water's edge, so to speak. It was more to speak of the moral implications of using JJ was the clean skin. Sorry, I should have been more clear. That was also what I was referring to with regards to the characterization thing, and that doesn't just apply to Harry.
