Episode 6 Discussion [rewatch]

I remember watching the episode and thinking I had missed an episode. Now I have the DVDs I realise that I hadn't. I could not believe how quickly this case came to court we all know this type of trial can take months or years to come to court. And Zoe wasn't even going to appeal ?
I did like the episode (from what I remember, going to watch for the rewatch thread) but the way the whole case came out of the blue ruined slightly for me.

Unfortunately these days it is a requisite that to gain a management post you need first to undergo an operation to have your spine removed, and to make best use of the surgeon's talent, have your sense of right and wrong and any grain of staff loyalty cut out at the same time!

Guess you don't like managers then
