I have previously seen him in two things. One was Queer as Folk where he played an arrogant singleton, who shagged about and treated his friends like dirt. The other was The Wire, where he played an arrogant dirty politician who shagged about and treated his friends like dirt. Like you say, he played the same sort of person in Identity !!
