Oh dear. I feel a bit bad now. I don't hate him loads...just a little bit...maybe. I don't think Jo would have drugged him but certainly if it had been Ros babysitting, the poor boy would have been "asleep" within minutes of Ruth leaving.

As for Amatriciana bucatini A Cousin, it is a rich tomato sauce made traditionally with cured pork shoulder and pork cheek, with chillies, topped with pecorino cheese.
