Woah, the S9 opener was a stunner! There's so much to take in! Are enjoying reading everyone's enthusiastic responses to it. The dialogue was back to top form (something that was missing somewhat throughout S8, I thought). The reading from Ruth in the opening scene was lovely.. I think Malcolm would have approved Matt Brown was very strong in his role I felt. I think Harry was right, too, about needing new blood like Beth, she will be an interesting one to watch. I can't wait for next week!
