My thoughts:
I don't think Ruth will be the betrayer (for the 2nd time? Bleh), nor Lucas. Beth is a likely candidate.
John may have been a cover name for Lucas, much like Matthew was for Tom.
I really hope they don't pull a Lisa with Beth - that would be a waste.
