I'd say so. Quite of few posts in the "Rumours and Speculation" area alluded to just that, and hence the "doesn't quite look like Lucas" guy running along the streets in those video links from earlier threads.

And we know that Maya's photo is part of the contents of that bag, hence why Lucas tracks her down - and gets his face slapped. Perhaps the rest of the contents are newspaper clippings, equipment he and Vaughan used, maybe clothing?
