Big episode for Beth in 9.2. I liked having her back story though I thought it was a bit predictable. When she mentioned going to South America in 9.1, I knew it was going to be drugs or arms. Still, Beth is based on a real person so the truth lay in the obvious sometimes.

I loved her line about going to South America to piss her father off! The scene with the gun in her face was very well done by SM - terrified yet still cocky. Her instincts to play dead in the lift were excellent. She has a helluva poker-face and she sure does know a lot of "spy tricks." I like seeing that stuff.
