I think he was just in shock and she didn't really tell him WHAT was wrong, only that SOMETHING was wrong. It could just be something small that Lucas has got himself involved in. I don't think the big red alarm bell was ringing in Harry's head yet. I think Ruth knows, that Harry has to go away and digest this info and she probably knows that he will take it out on her for a while also, until he accepts it. I think if he finds out about Lucas looking for Albany, that will be enough.
