I've said it before and I'll say it again. Enquiry or no enquiry, they will need Harry back by episode 3 of series 10 at the very latest, otherwise who is going to sort out the Baddie of the Week? Let alone make sure William can safely marry Kate of Super Shiny Hair and Lovely Blue Dress fame
