Yes, I agree the past maybe his downfall rather than the Albany episode. I would have thought though, that Harry would have been very careful about destroying physical evidence of his past exploits, as he went along. Perhaps more likely, is that former colleagues of his turn against him and give evidence. Although there can not be many of them left alive now
