RE: Nostalgic childrens TV shows...
I've watched a lot of BBC when I was little (think I've learned quite a lot English from it), I loved things like 'Master of the Universe' and 'Thundercats' , also 'Postman Pat', 'Play School', 'King Rolo' and 'The Muppetshow' and also a lot of things on the Dutch tv wich I don't know you would know, like 'The Freggles', 'Nils Holgerson', 'Maya the bee', the Dutch version of 'Sesamestreet'.
(I've recently saw Philip Schofield, who presented the childrens programmes on the BCC in my time, and I was amazed the only thing that had changed was the colour of his hair!) It's "a struggle for heaven and earth. Where there is one law: fight or die. And one rule: resist or serve."
