Necessity is the mother of invention, eh, Silktie? My sister is ingenious at hand made gifts especially. When I try that, they only rarely come out as I intend.

And speaking of gifts, I love my husband! Spooks Series 2, 3, 4 AND 5 DVDs! After my happy response upon opening them, the husband turned to the children and said, "Say good-by to your mother, children!" I forced myself to be a good mom and waited until they went to bed to watch the S2 extras.

Tomorrow we will pile in the car and try to beat the snow blizzard coming our way as we start our annual 600 mile drive to my mothers house in Indiana.
