Yeah, you guys do it on a pretty large scale! Just heard on telly that Sydney apparently spent 5 million pounds on the fireworks display alone! Heck, that's Zimbabwe's budget for a year...

The fireworks in London was pretty great. I loved how they used the London Eye in the display. Here in SA I think it's only Cape Town that really does a decent fireworks display as a city. Maybe that's why so many people try to do their own.
