RE: What is Sweet Tea?
It's Earl Grey for me too, in fact I am just finishing some now made with a bag and in my nice Cath Kidston mug (which I won in a raffle!). I can't really function without my first tea of the day, always drunk on an empty stomach and without any teeth cleaning. This really is the best cup of the day and I don't really bother with it again until mid afternoon.
If you are coming to the UK don't bother drinking tea in Costas, Starbuck, Cafe Nero; dustbin sized mugs of grey tea, yuk! If you can't make it to the cream tea mecca - Devon or Cornwall, then try a National Trust teashop. They have a great selection of teas and homemade looking cakes. I like this thread, it's quite mad ![]() |
