I have very mixed feelings about this news. The first is sadness. The second is resignation. It's been great, KUDOs. I can count the programmes that have engaged me to this level on one hand. I would have given Spooks a chance without Harry or Ruth. Perhaps begrudgingly, but I would. I'm hoping for two hour specials.
As for that picture of Harry and Ruth in The Sun - these things are called "teasers" for a reason. I mentioned to Mr AC that the announcement had been made and he said, "Now you're going to have to find something else to obsess about."
