I completely agree with this comment. That bitchiness isn't so much fun anymore. Now she just seems like an irritating boss. Like that thing about Tariq's t shirt. What?!? It was just rude not at all amusing.

Also, on the topic of Ros and Ruth, I think Ros suffers from Number 1 female syndrome. Other females are some kind of threat to her and she only likes to be around men.
