Thank you for this. I watched it just yesterday and my initial reaction was that it felt like a rebuke and I couldn't understand why Ruth would say such a thing to Harry knowing these would probably be her last words. In this context, it makes much more sense, is very much in character, and makes the end a little more palatable for me.
