Yes, meant to talk about Ros in this ep but was so pissed off about the R/H ending, never got to it. This is the first time I can think of that Ros hesitated on a mission (somebody correct me if I'm wrong, please). She had the shot several seconds before she took it, and only after Jo gives her the nod does she do it. Gutting moment for Ros, losing one of "her" agents, especially the way it needed to happen. That's why I think

I disagree about the writing, in general, although the Ros/Jo moment was excellent -- due more to the direction and acting than the writing, I'd say. For a show that specializes in quick cut, and sometimes brain defying, action, the terriorist scenes were verbose and overwritten. Way too much time was spent on the set up and backstory exposition and the scenes themselves were painfully slow.
