Rules of Engagement
Somewhat surprised that Zaf & Adam were sent to Iran to initiate a bomb plot. Surely that sort of mission would be the sole perogotive of SIS. I thought that MI5 were limited to operate in the UK only.
I know this is a fictional program but does anybody know what the real-life rules are that govern MI5 operations? "With allies like the Americans, who needs enemies!":thud: "You can always count on Americans to do the right thing, after they've tried everything else." Sir Winston Churchill "Thinking is the most unhealthy thing in the world, people die of it. Fortunately, in England, thought is not catching. Our splendid physique as a people is entirely due to our national stupidity." Oscar Wilde |

RE: Rules of Engagement
I'm not sure it is as clear cut as anything overseas is beyond MI5's remit. The role of MI5 stated here https://www.mi5.gov.uk/output/what-we-do.html, seems to be quite general.
