Adam got a real hero's death, it was one of those scenes where Adam could so easily have just made it, like it happens is most episodes (!), but time ran out for him.

Poor Wes..... that last scene with Harry and Wes was heartbreaking.

Adam Carter was the BEST character ever created. He typified everything that we look for in a spooks character. He had humour, he had courage, he was empathetic and he had balls and would always be prepared to think outside the box. I dont know about anybody else but I always knew their was going to be a happy ending and the world was going to be safe when Adam was section chief.
