Liked it but can't get over how much Erin looks like a female Lucas North (build, height, coloring, bone structure, facial features - very similar cheekbones and mouths). Don't like her Kate Middleton hair and her heels - don't know how she'd chase someone down the street in them.... At least Ros wore flat boots.

The Gavriks looks like they've been cast for a Roald Dahl kids' movie or extras from Lemony Snicket - almost caricature-like with long thin faces and wide mouths.

Story was good and the usual characters were good - maybe I don't like change..... but I am looking forward to the next one.

This was the first thing I thought as well! Angel

A good episode, I thought. I especially liked the very first shots of Harry and Ruth in the opening credits Tongue Sad to think that we'll only see 5 more new episodes! It makes the introduction of a (practically) new cast a lot more difficult, but I'm interested to see how the writers pull it off. Speaking of which, I didn't really mind how they dealt with Sophia Myles' exit. I thought it gave a bit of credence to Erin's tough persona.

Series 10 episode 2 Spoiler: show
I really like the HS so if he tries to make a move on Ruth as was slightly hinted at in this episode I'm going to be pretty gutted!

I wish I'd joined this community a lot sooner.

I am also appreciating Max Brown's, er, appearance a lot more than I did last series.... Wink

Anyone else catch Harry's line, "I take it personally when someone tries to blow up my officers."

Very slick callback.

Extremely, extremely late for the party. Imagine my horror when I found out upon returning that Spooks has finished. Sigh, another one bites the dust.

Anyway, just wanted to say that I liked Erin's character very much. She seems very new, very protocol-ey, similar to Tom in the beginning, and not yet as strong as the other section chiefs. What I like about her the most though, is that I felt she had the potential to become the best section chief after some time.

well, welcome back fanofChristine! We're still mourning the end of Spooks. But you never know...the people at Kudos might actually have a modicum of common sense and realise that there's mileage in a spin-off about Harry.

"Where's Harry?"
"Moving in mysterious ways."
