Right Happy Ending, you've hooked me, I'll play!

So right now going to re-watch Ruth and the car scene and HArry in the house scene. Not sure what I missed during my previous 4 watches but never need much of an excuse to watch an ep of Spooks. Just to amuse myself about what you are getting at

Interesting take on it; he was at the stage of not knowing who to trust, even himself, but he still trusted Ruth. He knew that he was having questions about his loyalties, but for him, Ruth has been his moral compass. Even if he knew she was having doubts about where she stood with him, he trusted her with his life.

Endinghappy - many thanks for your input! I feel a little better about the last episode now Do you mean by your comment that the people 'somewhere around the grid' read this forum and our mad ravings? :-) If so, that is nice to know, and I whilst I wouldn't presume to speak on behalf on everyone, I'm sure I can't be alone in saying that I hope everyone involved with the show knows how much their hard work, and mastery of their craft - the acting, writing and directing, behind the scenes etc has been appreciated for the last ten years. All of you have created something very special and characters and stories that have really touched people, and that is why the fans care so much about what happens to them! I know I will feel very emotional on sunday no matter what happens as I will miss Spooks so much! But, alas, as I know, 'all good things..' and all that.Please do come back on Monday and post! In the meantime, I am off to re-watch the scene you mentioned in the car. Hm.....

I would take any comments regarding the ending with a pinch of salt, whoever they seem to come from. What could be a great end for some would be terrible for others, everyone has a different outlook on what they want! There are so many rumours flying around, and I feel no-one will really know until 9.59pm on Sunday!

Back to the actual discussion on 10.5. As I've said before, great episode and its certainly fun trying to look into the hidden symbolism of some of the scenes. Some I'm sure are intended and others not!

Fair enough but I can understand why some people are posting here. It is most frustrating in the last few weeks that posts are not appearing in the Rumours and Speculation thread sometimes for many days and I think too, many aren't even bothering to post there because of this.

I completely agree with you. I found the way to be able to read the newest posts, but it's frustrating. You go to the end of the last page mentioned in the thread Rumours and Speculation and click on new reply. You do not write in the new reply, just scroll down until you will see the more recent posts. Once you read the new entries, just press the back arrow on top of the page to get back to the old posts. I hope my explanation is clear. I am not very good at instructions.
