Just want to say that I hate the writers and Kudos.

IN complete denial about everything.... I spent the last 10 minutes whispering variations of 'you can't kill ruth' to ' please don't die ruth' to 'why did you have to kill ruth?'.

Still can't believe that the was the end of spooks. Have to admit i got through about half a box of kleenex in the process and have a new found hatred for the entire of the gavrik family... why did he not just kill ilya...?

The list at the end was so sad as Harry read down the names of the dead spooks.

However, the ending was perfect, if absolutely heartbreaking and i don't think there was a better way to end harry and ruth's story... there had just been too much for them to live happily ever after Sad

And then Tom, such a short amount of time back in, but really added another little touch to the storyline.
I'm going to miss spooks so much but i don't think that there was a better way for it to end overall.
(Apart from maybe we could have had a little erin and dimitri) but i'm not complaining

Needless to say I'm in a state of shock and depression right now. What a fantatsic last episode. What an emotional rollercoaster!! It was tense, devastating and very sad.
The memorial was the most touching scene in the entire episode for me! It was sad to see everyone that had been lost ove the course of spooks.

On the plus side; Hello Tom!! We've missed you!!!

Gutted that Ruth died. Was it too much to expect a happy ending.

I thought It was the first name i saw as harry first walked towards it... but it couldve been my mind playing tricks

I am gutted for Ruth and Harry, I really thought that they would makee it. The episode was done brilliantly. I agree with everyone that it had some lovely touches. Loved the part when Harry tried to leave the job, but in the end went back. Harry' s line in the back of the car was excellent. Can't believe that was the last ever spooks episode! : (
MI4½ AGENT: I didn't notice Tariq's name either, or Danny's?

I really thought that Ilya Gaverik was involved somehow, I almost felt a bit sorry for him really.

All in all a brilliant episode Smile

(although I must admit there were a quite a few tears!)

Tariq's name was on there. Danny's was too as was Colin's. Didn't notice Lucas/John's name though and didn't get a chance to see if Helen was on there. Will need to watch parts again as soon as it's up on iPlayer!

Where was it anyways? At first I thought it was the house of the Russian where Tom went to (agency outside of the government.. snigger) but I guess it was some kind of 'break' room in Thames House?

I did spend the moments outside of the MoD place with Ruth and Harry on the cliff after Sasha walked towards them hidden behind a pillow. That's a perfectly manly thing to do, right? I was annoyed that noone in MI5 was able to treat a punctured lung or perform CPR but they're minor niggles Smile

I'm having half-term at school, some time to hang out with my mates and WATCH SPOOKS, and what does Kudos do? They kill Ruth?! They have just spoilt my holidays!
The bit when Harry was looking at all the names was heartbreaking Sad

And I really hate Sasha, it felt as if he didn't know what he actually wanted...

Im still in tears, and compleatly heartbroken, shocked, I just cant believe it. I really hoped Tom kicked that Russian blokes arse.

How wonderfull are Nicola Walker and Peter Firth? (Its a rhetorical question).

But if anyone feels like answering im sure my feelings will be mutual. Because lets face it they are the best.

Yep...that would just about cover how I feel at the moment.
