Do you mean why Hugh Simon left? I don't know, I haven't read anywhere an explanation. Maybe he'd just had enough.

One of the great pleasures of the re-watch for me is to once again enjoy Malcolm in all his snobbish, nerdy glory. He really was a wonderful addition to the team and I miss him sorely.

Regarding the 'Come back Malcolm' site, yes that is Flip's site.

If Harry now calls Tariq “the boy wonder” then who else but Malcolm can be “Batman”?

Who else will stand up for Wales when Harry's waving his huge St George's flag during rugby's Six Nations Championship? (Rather topical at the moment Big Grin

)

As Harry's most reliable friend, no one else could possibly be Best Man at Harry and Ruth's wedding. (Of course, he'd have provided a "tracer" wedding ring for Harry, just in case Harry gets kidnapped on honeymoon.)

He's back and with such a splendid purple/violet jumper. Hasn't lost it though. He still had the nose of a spy and knew something wasn't right.

The best part of the episode was Malcolm outwitting Lucas for me. By calling him "John" does that maybe mean he knows what's going on? If he does, hopefully he will let us in on it as well.
