Series 9 rumours - possible spoilers......

I sent a rambling complaint to the BBC last week after the Daily Mail article appeared. I have today received an email from the BBC complaints department, in reply. Before I posted this I checked with a SF Mod as the email is quite clear that the email should be not replicated. To try and keep within the spirit of that reply I shall therefore only copy part of it:-

I note your concerns over newspaper reports that the series is to be cancelled. We can confirm that 'Spooks' will return in the autumn of 2010 and that the series has not been cancelled.

I know this is from the complaints department but I do believe this is the first we have heard from the BBC, straight from the horses mouth.

Huzzah!! Very good news indeed. If the BBC complaints department knows, then it's certainly true, because I'm sure they'd be amongst the last to know ANYTHING.
