RE: False Omen Ch. 5
Ahh! I'd kill you if you could still write dead!
Cliffy's are anyoyingly clever things. They make you want the next bit SO much, hate the fact there's a cliffy in the first place, love the fact theres a cliffy which will be answered soon. Anyway, fantastic as per usual. Everything's nice and clear in my mind's eye and flows nicely from one thing to the next. (Are you sure they haven't asked you to write for Spooks yet? ) Can't wait for the next chappie! Codename Kirayuki: Vid Maker. H/R & Ruth fan. |

I have to make sure you come back and read the next chapter.
I'm so glad you like it, thanks. But no, Kudos hasn't called me. Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

RE: False Omen Ch. 5
aaaaargh. the plot thickens. I sense some action in the immediate future (Action-Lucas?!?) ... had to online speed-read this time as the new year leaves no snuggle-up time at the moment..
fave scene/image - Harry sniffing around Ruth.. it strikes me as something he'd do especially since it probably goes undetected great chap, thanks for the rapid read.. update soon please?!? |

RE: False Omen Ch. 5
I'm not sure he was sniffing around her, that sounds a bit sordid!
Glad you enjoyed it, although I'm sorry you didn't get to snuggle with me. Or rather, with my reading Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

RE: False Omen Ch. 5
nay worries, just temporarily not. I've got tons of work to do but will most definitely print out the chapter later, as I have done with the previous ones. I'm making them into a book and already have a half-decent cover for it.. you just have to keep adding pages
as for the "sniffing" .. yeah, upon reading it again it sounds a tad... weird (conjures up the picture of a dog.. ). I was just lacking a better word. The fact itself is not weird.. I often follow scents, perfumes I like, or freshly baked bread, cut grass, or the scents of a summer forest... quite a sensory delight. |

It's OK, I got your drift. That makes me feel very special Tyger, thanks. (I love that I get to call you Tiger, albeit with a slightly different spelling.)
Anyone who's smelled the scent or cologne of a former love on a stranger will understand how much of a kick in the guts it can be. Especially if you still love them. Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |

I like it that Blake couldn't spell.. makes it look less ordinary Good thing tho he picked the right cat (I'd always pronounce Lyon French )
As for smelling Exs .. too true. Apparently one of my boyfriend's former SOs was fond of the same perfume I favour. Was slightly strange for a while .. for both of us. (gee, makes me wonder if he picked me for my perfume.. ) |

RE: False Omen Ch. 5
Hmmm . . . Harry and carnal responses, about time, too! -- oh, sorry, did I say that out loud?
This is great -- good dialogue (again), Wendy and Ros -- the stiletto sisters, lol, loved that Ruth found the way into the answer of why Bushra was in danger. Also, that she barged into H's office without knocking. Haven't we learned yet that Ruth in the field is Ruth in trouble? Great cliffhanger -- more before the bungee hits bottom, please. "What is the truth?" "Betrayal is a cancer. Let it eat your soul, not mine." "Please tell me this isn't going where I think it's going." |

RE: False Omen Ch. 5
Yeah, I don't think Harry only loves Ruth for her brain
Thanks lwhite53. I told you I'd get Wendy back in! And I was adamant about getting Ruth to just walk in, because it's something we've talked about on the HR thread a lot. Many thanks to Tyger for a terrific signature |
