RE: [spoilers] Ruth
Am really annoyed that Ruth must put up with that ugly shirt in s10 again!!! She had to wear it at least twice in episode 1 already!!!! Why only Harry gets some good clothing????

Why only Harry gets some good clothing???? True that !! And it's not only Harry who's fitted with better clothes but they also stuck Erin into a nice and shiny ball gown but Ruth seemed to be going to the ball in exactly the same clothes as those she wore during Harry's tribunal...(or maybe that was just because Harry left her little time to go shopping what with telling her about the ball and her being his plus one about 1 day before ) |

Yeah, where are Ruth's arms? Surely Erin should have gone in something easy to run around in and Ruth in a lovely gown. Wasted opportunity there!

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
Yes I know its NOT only Harry with better clothes... And yes I agree that Ruth seemed to be wearing the same dress she had during Harry's tribunal. At least they were almost identical apart from neckline and other jacket. It seems she will have 2 or 3 different outfits this year and all dark again... ;( what happened with her colorful clothes? Did she put them in washing machine together with black ones?
And why are they afraid to put Ruth in something more sexy? Like when she went out in 3.5...are they trying to make her older for her age or smth? |

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
I was a bit miffed Ruth didn't get her chance to wear a nice dress. If she was there with security, her clothes would've been fine. But as Harry's +1 (remember he attended officially as a guest not as security) she in reality would've been inappropriately dressed. Bit of an oversight there.

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
They will insist on putting her in black, even for the evening do. It's as though she's following the Greek tradition of wearing mourning clothes for the rest of her life!

RE: [spoilers] Ruth
I think Ruth wears those clothes because the producers want her to look older. There is almost 20 years between Peter and Nicolas, so by making Ruth look older I think they try to reduce their age difference for the viewers eyes.

We all know the age difference and at least they do not try to make Harry look younger. We should be grateful for Ruth's shorter hair this series and she looks great. I wish that she wore her hair up to show her lovely oval face. Perhaps now that she is second-in-command more or less, she must have a corporate look. It's odd that Kudos continues to dress her in navy or black, since we know that she is no longer in mourning for George/Nico. A colourful outfit would go so well with her lovely smiles. Perhaps then poor Harry would be so overwhelmed that he could no longer concentrate on his work and he would forget all about Elena. If that were so simple.. |
