I watched the first couple of season of the Mentalist but then the ongoing "Red John" plot just got to be boring.

I could never get into The Mentalist, for some reason.

I definitely like that Peter is Caffrey's equal. That's another thing I like better about White Collar than The Mentalist.

I may be converting myself. The biggest thing going for The Mentalist is Simon Baker.

not obsessively hooked but following White Collar....
Still a tad too.. slick for my taste. Nice chemistry between Caffrey and 'the Suit' but it could be a tad grittier for my taste. Stories are .. average but watcheable.
Here's hoping.
Back to catching up on Burn Notice Big Grin

But there's Mozzie. He's secretly the real star.

I've started adding a few more shows to my watch list, primarily through Netflix - Pillars of Earth is on there (on instant play). The newest series of The I.T. Crowd, The Deep, Sherlock, Identity (hopefully that will return!) via my usual means. I'm pending getting Two Pints of Lager... Thanks to Nitrus, HIGNFY, Mock The Week, and now stuck on quiz shows - Only Connect and QI. My friends at work say I watch too much British TV now Tongue

Sherlock definitely sounds interesting. I'll have to check Netflix for Identity. I hadn't thought to check there for it.

I would certainly bother with Shelock but not Identity.

I was really transfixed watching (and rewatching!) "State of Play" - a great political thriller (and great acting, too). I realize it has already been mentioned here but I just couldn't not mention it myself... highly recommended!
